The grapes that grow at the foot of the Etna volcano produce a wine with a light ruby-red color, surprising for its elegant refined aromas with hints of red fruit and spicy notes.
Extremely lively to the palate with marked but elegant tannins. The wines of this variety are recognizable for their minerality, which are a result of the volcanic terroir they come from.
