One of the most loved invasive varieties that in our land produces great quality wines. Velvety with intriguing spicy notes, the Syrah Desertico Mandrarossa is a red that captivates from the first sip. Named after the dry Saharan lands, from which the warm Sirocco winds reach our coasts.

After a maceration for 6/8 days at 22-25°C, maturing requires 8 months in steel vats.
Vineyards are stretched along south and south-east facing hills on medium-textured soils.

Espalier-grown and guyot-pruned, planting density is of 4300-4700 plants/ha.
ALCOHOL X% by VOLUME
The wine is intense ruby-red in colour with purplish reflections. On the nose it is fruity and floral, with notes of carobs and figs, scents of elder and lavender. On the palate it is velvety, with notes of ripe red fruits.
