Zucchini greens patties


- one bunch of zucchini greens
- fresh breadcrumbs as needed 
- one garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of semi-aged grated cheese
- one egg 

Zucchini greens patties


Boil the zucchini greens, strain and dry them, then cut them in thin slices with a knife. Place them in a bowl and add the egg, cheese, the crushed garlic clove, salt, black pepper and the fresh breadcrumbs. Mix and shape into dumplings. Fry the dumplings in olive oil.
