Uovo ncannulatu


- A whole egg
- A tablespoon of water
- Sugar
- 250 gr of ricotta cheese 
- 1 lemon
- Cinnamon 
- Chocolate shavings
- Oil 

Uovo ncannulatu


Season the ricotta cheese with grated lemon, sugar, cinnamon and chocolate shavings. Beat the egg in a bowl with water and a pinch of sugar. Put a drizzle of oil in a small pan, make it heat up and add the egg with all the ingredients. Make a leaf, cut it into four parts and put the ricotta cheese, close it like a cannolo and serve.
