Mandra Chef On Tour 2020

The “Mandrachef on Tour” will be a journey through flavors that are the result of experimentation and innovation, in 12 cities around Italy. In each stop we will prepare the dishes from the local cuisine, reinterpreted by the knowledgeable hands of two Chefs, and will be paired to a selection of the best Mandrarossa wines.

To cook for our guests, we shall again be welcoming Valeria Raciti, winner of Masterchef 2019 and Andrea Lo Cicero, Mandrarossa “eyewitness” and a competitor in Celebrity Masterchef 2018.  After the success of the last MandraChef event, as part of the Mandrarossa Vineyard Tour, we decided to take the show on the road around Italy, with a few changes to adapt it better to the restaurant context. During the show, Andrea and Valeria will do battle in a fresh and mouth-watering contest, in accordance with the culinary specialities of the local host town, under the watchful eye of the chef or restaurant owner throwing open their doors to us. Once again it will be the general public acting as a jury, who will sample the various dishes and taste the wines chosen for the occasion. In this all-embracing experience it will be the Mandrarossa wines that provide the common thread linking the various yarns describing the flavours of Italy.
